Financial Planning Administrator

Recruit Wealth are representing a highly successful, fast growing, national Financial Planning business who are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their Liverpool team.

Our client is a modern, highly ethical and rewarding employer. They deal with private clients relating to their pensions, investments and other financial planning needs whilst ensuring financial security with their expert advice and guidance.

This is a hands on Administration role, working alongside experienced team members of Paraplanners and Financial Advisers. Overview of the role is detailed below:

  • Preparing client files for reviews
  • Preparing and submitting new business to providers
  • Undertaking research and some report writing
  • Liaising with adviser and clients to ensure excellent service is delivered
  • Ensure all client documentation is correctly recorded
  • Check all systems and case notes are updated with progress
  • You will be the first point of contact for clients and resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Book additional appointments for advisers
