Paraplanner

Recruit Wealth are representing an independently grown and award winning Financial Planning business in Hertfordshire who now seeks to appoint a career Paraplanner to its Harpenden office.

Our client already has a well known, respected name and due to internal promotions with existing staff (Mostly to Advisers) it now has an opportunity for a technically minded Paraplanner to join its long serving team.

They are looking to recruit a skilled individual to work alongside high producing Financial Planners who manage a diverse portfolio of clients relating to private client pension and investment advice.

Your role will be to conduct research/analysis and create detailed suitability reports based on the client’s existing and long term objectives. Working alongside the Advisers you'll be delivering the highest levels of client care with positive outcomes.

The successful applicant will ideally be Diploma status already and have around 2+ years experience in a similar Paraplanning role.

Our client firmly believes all Paraplanners add real value to the Financial Planning process so this is not just a report writing role.

You will possess strong communication, presentation and IT skills with the use of advanced back office software. If you possess experience of using Intelligent Office this would also be highly desirable.

Full training on systems, internal procedures will be offered from the existing team with further training always on hand as and when needed.

Support for further qualifications will also be offered if you wish to study further.
