Investment Administrator
Recruit Wealth are representing a leading national Wealth Management business who now seek to appoint an experienced Investment Administrator to work within their investment management arm.
Our client is highly regarded in the industry and are an established brand. They have recently been in many financial publications for the good work they do in securing their clients wealth and guiding them through their financial planning journey.
Overview of the role is detailed below:
- Work closely with colleagues in day-to-day investment administration of models and funds.
- Play an important role in the successful management of the group’s investment propositions, including any discretionary and advisory MPS amendments, switches and client linking.
- Ensure any switch instructions into the Multi Asset Blend funds are submitted in line with the agreed process and the switch log updated accordingly.
- Working with colleagues, liaise with platforms on any new funds required to be added and maintain platform relations. Whilst playing a lead in informing the investment team where necessary.
- Working with colleagues, maintaining the company’s client database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Working with colleagues to manage the centralised mailboxes, in line with published service standards.
- Working with colleagues in the preparation and quality control of client reporting including fact sheets and quarterly reviews.
- Help identify and implement process improvements and small-scale enhancements within the team processes.
- Where requested, represent the team in any projects for process improvements, market initiatives or new product launches.
- Liaise with Financial Advisers and support staff (internal and external) in relation to management of client’s investments.
- Collating relevant business information and data, providing full analysis on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required
This role will undoubtedly suit an individual who has investment background already but looking to make the next step up career wise to gain more exposure within a highly competent team.

Please note: This role will require some travel to the Head Offices but the role is 95% home based.
