Financial Planning Administrator

You will be working alongside experienced team members offering a high level of Administration support to the Financial Advisers. Overview of the role is detailed below:

  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records
  • Maintaining all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Arrange client meetings when required
  • Prepare client files for adviser meetings for both new and existing clients
  • Processing and monitoring of all new business (both for new and existing clients)
  • Issue policy documents
  • Gather background information to facilitate a response to a client enquiry if required
  • Provide support to other staff where needed
  • Liaising with paraplanning and operations teams to assist with any queries

This role will undoubtedly suit an individual who has Financial Planning Administration background but looking to make the next step up. Study support for recognised industry exams are all paid for with the view of becoming a Paraplanner if desired or moving in to Operations or even Management.
