Financial Planning Administrator

Recruit Wealth are representing a highly successful, national independent Financial Planning business who are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to their team.

Our client is a modern, highly ethical business where client outcomes are at the forefront of everything they do. They deal with high net worth individuals relating to their pensions, investments and working towards ensuring their financial security with their advice and expert guidance.

This is a hands on administration role, working alongside experienced team members of Paraplanners and Financial Planners. Overview of the role is detailed below:

  • Client valuations
  • Letter writing
  • Answering the telephone
  • Imputing and keeping the client management system up to date
  • Telephone contact with clients and providers
  • General administration
  • Assisting the Financial Advisers with on-going queries
  • Processing new business
  • Ensuring all work follows company processes and compliance
  • Scanning post and documents to the back office system

This role will undoubtedly suit an individual who has Financial Services background already but looking to make the next step up career wise. An added benefit is that progression within the business can be available if you wish. Study support for recognised industry exams are all paid for with the view of becoming a Paraplanner if desired or moving in to Operations or even Management. Please note, if you consider yourself a career Administrator then this is absolutely fine for the business as well.
